A metro Atlanta woman is considering pulling her son out of school after a boy who police say threatened to kill him has been allowed back on campus.
WAGA-TV reports Marcia Martin's seventh-grader and other students at North Gwinnett Middle School in Sugar Hill have been threatened by a 13-year-old boy since November.
A Gwinnett Schools Police report says the boy threatened to kill 14 students with a knife. Officials say they found the boy with a pocket knife, but he wasn't on school grounds at the time the knife was recovered.
School officials say disciplinary actions have been taken against the teen and his schedule has been changed to guarantee that he would not be in class with Martin's son.
Sugar Hill is about 40 miles northeast of Atlanta.
