Attorneys are working to update the new judge in the case of Florida GOP leader Jim Greer.
Greer is charged with funneling party money into his private company. His trial is set for February 11, 2013.
On Tuesday both prosecutors and defense attorneys will tell Circuit Judge Donald Myers if they are prepared for the set trial date.
Judge Marc Lubet was the original judge appointed to the case, but was replaced when he decided to move into family law cases.
Many prominent Florida Republicans are scheduled to witness for the GOP leader. Greer is pleading not guilty to theft and a number of other charges.
