Higher education isn't just good for your wallet anymore. It's also good for your health.
That's according to an annual report released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for Health Statistics.
Health data collected by the government suggests that people with a bachelor's degree or higher live nearly nine years longer than those who don't finish high school.
Researchers say those with more education tend to avoid unhealthy behaviors and have better access to medical care.
