JSO Officer Shot at 12th and Pearl St

Officer's injuries not life-threatening

Channel 4 is following breaking news involving a shooting at 12th Street and Pearl Street.

The shooting happened shortly after 8:15 p.m. 

Sources confirm an officer for the Jacksonville Sherrif's Office was shot and another person is dead.

Early reports suggests the officers wounds are NOT life-threatening.
