So the stakes are high today on both sides to convince the jury that he's innocent or guilty. 3 Guy Heinze Junior's life now life now in the hands of the jury.The defense told juro rs they must find Heinze junior not guilty.Attorney Newell Hamilton pointed to the state's inability to prove if Heinze killed all eight victim's by himself.The defense says Glynn County Police poorly investigated the case, cross contaminated evidence and failed to follow leads that could have pointed to someone else -- possibly a group of people responsible for the murders.My whole family is dead -- everybody is beaten But prosecutors told jurors, even though Heinze called 911, there's enough circumstantial evidence that proves he helped someone do it or he is the murderer.The say evidence like the victim's blood found on Heinze's clothes and shoes, including a victim's blood stained cell-phone and shot gun found in Heinze possession after police arrived to the murder scene.SOT John B.
