JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The sound of a Taser is unmistakable, and one woman said as soon as she heard it, she knew something was about to happen.

Crystal Willy said she was meeting some friends at a Northside restaurant Tuesday night when a man standing in the parking lot pulled out a stun gun and zapped her.

"He started to Taser me down my back, grabbing my arm," Willy said. "I got my purse and ran."

Willy was walking past the man, and she said as soon as she got in front of him, he hit her in the back about three or four times.

"It stunned me to where I couldn't move," Willy said. "I didn't know what I was doing."

Willy said the man had her purse and everything inside, then he got in a car and drove down Lem Turner Road.

Now she just hopes police can catch him.

"I hope they catch him because I work really hard for the things I have and that's my money," Willy said. "People like that need to get a job and buy their own stuff."
