Meth lab located at Argyle Forest home

No one inside; no neighbors evacuated

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was investigating a meth lab at a home in Argyle Forest on Thursday night.

The home was located in the 7000 block of Beechfern Lane North.

JSO received a tip from another agency about the meth lab.  The JSO bomb squad and Jacksonville Fire-Rescue responded to the scene.

No one was inside the home at the time and neighbors were not evacuated.

It was unknown Friday morning if any arrests were made.
