According to the arrest report, a contestant found the camera in the changing area. It was stashed inside an unzipped backpack below a chair.

The arresting officer wrote that the camera was still plugged into a wall outlet.

Police said the camera recorded several contestants nude.

Police said Rolfes recorded himself hiding the camera and nodded when asked by the owner of Waterbabies Bikinis if he had put the camera there.

Police said Rolfes admitted to the allegations, telling one officer, "Man to man, I did it because I've never had a girlfriend,"

Rolfes was charged with one count of video voyeurism on Monday. He was being held on $1,000 bond.

Waterbabies Bikini could not be reached for comment late Monday.
