ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -

The mother of a bicyclist killed in a hit-and run-crash last April returned to Jacksonville to make a renewed push to find the person who left the scene.

On April 13th, 2011, 23-year old Bryan Wrigley's died after being hit head-on while riding his bike in St. Augustine.

Last month, his family put up three billboards on I-95 near exit 311 in St. Augustine with a composite sketch of the suspect from witness accounts.

The signs also show a picture of the truck detectives believe the suspect was driving -- a dark blue Ford Ranger.

Wrigley's mother, Mandy, hopes whomever hit her son comes forward.

"I think it would be better for him to just come on in and admit to what he's done turn himself in and you know let's go from there," said Wrigley. "They say you're supposed to find forgiveness in your heart, that's what your faith teaches you. Well I need to know him and I need to hear his story."
