NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. -

A federal grand jury is hearing from more witnesses in the FBI's ongoing investigation of Nassau County Sheriff Tommy Seagraves.

The investigation into alleged corruption and civil rights violations began in late 2010.

This is at least the second time a grand jury has heard evidence.

No charges have been filed, and Seagraves says he's done nothing wrong.

This is his last year in office. He's retiring when his term ends in 2013.
