The Florida Highway Patrol says a 56-year-old Jacksonville man riding a motorcycle in Nassau County on Sunday afternoon was struck by a car that veered into his lane.
Troopers say Curtis Williams was riding his Harley Davidson north on County Road 107 near Nassau Village at 3:20 p.m. when a southbound Honda Accord driven by Tommy Ethridge II crossed the center line and struck the oncoming motorcycle.
Williams died at the scene.
According to the FHP report, charges are pending.
