New gun laws possible

The bill may allow those with gun permits to carry exposed guns in public. One proponent of the bill says it's difficult for Floridians to properly conceal guns due to the heat and small amounts of clothing. One opponent of the bill says incidents like the shooting of Trayvon Martin are more likely to happen.
