Players and fans alike are disappointed with the Jaguars (2-3) 41-0 dismantling by Seattle on Sunday.

Jaguars guard Uche Nwaneri talked with Sam Kouvaris on the End Zone Monday night about the Jaguars' road struggles.

"It was one of them games where unfortunately nothing really goes right," Nwaneri said. "I think we had a little bit of momentum on our second drive of the game. We got down to the two yard line of Seattle and we weren't able to get it in on fourth down. So that was I guess the beginning of the end."

The final score was surprising given that the Jaguars' shutout came on the heels of a blowout win of their own over Tennessee last week.

The loss marks the second-worst loss in the team's history.

The Jaguars dealt with several off-the-field issues before the game, including a wreck involving Quentin Groves on the way to the airport on Friday and the suspension of receiver Mike Sims-Walker for violating team rules.

Still, Nwaneri said those distractions were no excuse for the team's poor performance.

"We can't sit here and say it's because Mike didn't play," Nwaneri said. "We can't sit here and say because Quentin had an accident before we left for Seattle. All around we didn't execute, we didn't get the job done.

"We were all really upset. We were all disappointed in the way that we performed as a team. A lot of guys took it personal to be shutout like that. To us it was embarrassing."

Perhaps the St. Louis Rams coming to town this Sunday followed by a bye week is just what the doctor ordered for a team trying to get back on track.
