A bus explosion Saturday in the Pakistani port city of Karachi killed at least six people and wounded 40 others, police said.
Most of the victims were bus passengers, said Muhammad Aslam, a Karachi police official.
The cause of the blast was under investigation. Some officials said a gas cylinder may have exploded.
