Parents: Substitute teacher told girl to unplug clogged toilet with hand

Jacksonville family is outraged over they say was done to their daughter at her school .. they say .. the child was forced to do a chore that's "almost unthinkable." The parents say their 8-year old daughter was ordered to unplug a backed-up toilet ... with her hand! They say it happened last Friday morning at Dinsmore Elementary on the Northside.
