Police ID man whose body found at Little Talbot Island

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police have identified the man whose body was found face down in shallow water at Little Talbot State Park on Jan. 9.

According to a police report, 50-year-old Billy Denney, of Hilliard, had gone there to fish with a friend, and they walked in separate directions to fish.

Denney's cause of death is still undetermined.
