Police: Man steals, crashes city truck

PALM COAST, Fla. -

A 53-year-old man is charged with grand theft auto after police say he stole a Palm Coast city truck and crashed it.

Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies said Raymond Plumley drove off in a work truck that was near State Road 100 and Interstate 95.

Police said Plumley pulled into the parking lot of Buddy Taylor Middle School and hit another vehicle.

Police said Plumley ran from the scene but was later arrested.

No one was injured.

Plumley was charged with disorderly intoxication earlier in the week.
