Police investigating double shooting in Mandarin

Both people expected to be OK

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police are investigating a double shooting in the Greenland area of Mandarin.

Officers responded to a home on Tierra Vedre Lane late Sunday night. One man was holed up inside a home for approximately 45 minutes. 

SWAT was called to the scene but was not needed because the man surrendered peacefully.

Police have not identified the victims, but said their injuries were not life-threatening. Officers said they were not searching for any suspects in this incident.
