Police make child rape arrest
Police in St. Augustine arrested a man they said sexually molested an 11-year-old girl for several months.
Officers said Robert Lee Skipper, 39, was arrested Friday on capital sexual battery charges. A police report said Skipper had intercourse with an 11-year-old girl and forced her to perform oral sex on him over a six to seven month period.
St. Augustine Police think there may be others that Skipper victimized that have not yet come forward.
Skipper was being held in the St. Johns County Jail without bond.
