Probation ends for woman in missing Florida child case
After nine years, probation has ended for a South Florida woman who testified against her former companion in the case of missing foster child Rilya Wilson.
Pamela Graham has been on probation since pleading guilty to child neglect charges in 2004. She was the legal guardian of 4-year-old Rilya when she disappeared in late 2000. Rilya's remains have never been found.
Pamela Graham testified against former companion Geralyn Graham, who cared for Rilya in the Graham home. The two women are not related.
Geralyn Graham is serving a 55-year prison sentence for kidnapping and child abuse, but a jury in December deadlocked on a murder charge. Prosecutors will retry Geralyn Graham for murder.
The Miami Herald reports Pamela Graham's probation was terminated at a Monday court hearing.
