1 cup Pre cooked Quinoa

½ cup diced seeded Tomatoes

½ cup peeled seeded Cucumbers

1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

¼ cup finely chopped Parsley

¼ cup minced Red Onion

1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to taste


At the Aqua Grill we like to cook our Quinoa in vegetable stock to add a nice bit of flavor. Let it cool in the refrigerator before combining with other ingredients.
