In a call for answers... and awareness - the family and friends of two hit and run victims are keeping their unsolved cases alive in St. John's County tonight. Bryan Wrigley died in April of 2011 after he was hit while riding his bike. Haley Smith died in last November after she was hit while walking with her friends. It's also an effort to bring awareness to the community.
