He joins us live from the courthouseVic. 3 3 Jordan's parents say they have not given up on justice and they are determined to get a murder conviction for their son's death.They have been at every single court hearing since he was killed in November 2012. 3 They know that because Michael They know that because Michael Dunn was convicted on the four other charges he has a minimum of 60 years in prison, but they say they want to make a point that what he did to Jordan was wrong.This morning, prosecutors asked Judge Russell Healey to sentence Michael done before the retrial. The judge says that's not something he will be doing, Dunn will be sentenced after his second trial. But he did set that dates of September 22 for the new trial.
