Some county clerk staff receiving bonuses

Clerk of the Courts Jim Fuller is giving his staff thousands of dollars in bonuses. Some are unhappy that appointed employees are getting bonuses while others are not. Others question why bonuses are being given at all when some city employees are losing their jobs.
