U.S. Blue Cheese Dip

A red, white and blue cheese dip just in time for the election.

U.S. Blue Cheese Dip
2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
1 - 8 ounce packages sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 - 3 ounce packages blue cheese (crumbles)
3 splashes Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/3 red bell pepper (finely chopped)

With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and cheddar until well mixed. Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Mix well.
Stir in blue cheese and bell pepper. Chill well and serve with crackers and veggies.
