A 62-year-old man was killed and two others were injured Thursday in a blast at a medical university in Ukraine, authorities said.
The incident took place in the city of Chernivtsy.
The man, who was not on the university staff, brought an explosive to an office.
Investigators think the man might have had a dispute with a university employee over a piece of land.
