Crews are working to find the cause of an underground explosion in Downtown Atlanta on Monday night.
Witnesses reported that several manhole covers were launched at least six feet into the air from the blast.
Georgia power crews are working to cut power in some nearby buildings so workers can reach an underground vault in an effort to determine the cause of the explosion.
The blast temporarily shut down Peachtree Street.
No injuries were reported.
