A Westside teenager tells police she was walking from her home to a friend's home .. when a man kidnapped her .. took her to a vacant house .. and sexually assaulted her. Now .. the accused rapist is locked up The scene was Pinevalley Lane near Collins Road .. and people who live there say this a crime that could have been prevented. 21 year old Thaddeus Anderson has just made his first appearance before a judge on charges of kidnapping, burglary, and sexual battery on a 16 year old girl. Neighbors say it's been down for two years, and it's meant an easy way for people who live in a neighboring community to get into theirs. You can tell this path is very worn from People using it to get inside.And where there is supposed to be a fence to keep people out it's down and people can just walk right in.
