22-Year-Old Arrested In Weekend Killing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Five days after a man was found shot to death downtown, police announced that information from witnesses has led to the arrest of a suspected gunman in the slaying.

Investigators have charged 22-year-old Keyon Bell with the murder of 26-year-old Dorean White.

Police said White was outside a downtown nightclub early Saturday morning, waiting for his friends to pick him up when Bell drove up in a car.

Bell got of his car and shot White in a robbery attempt, according to investigators.

Investigators on Thursday were praising two witnesses for coming forward and giving them information that led to Bell's arrest.
