NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. -

A 58-year-old woman died and three others were taken to the hospital after a Friday evening crash in Nassau County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Diane Baker Williams, of Callahan, died at the scene after state troopers said she turned onto County Road 121 at River Road into the path of another a tractor-trailer truck. Her PT Cruiser struck the side of the semi.

A 15-year-old passenger in her car was taken to Shands Medical Center in Jacksonville with minor injuries.

Troopers said both occupants of the tractor-trailer, who are from Folkston, Ga., were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to investigators.
