Woman on vacation held on 20-year-old warrant

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -

A woman returning from a cruise vacation is in jail for stealing a pack of cigarettes 20 years ago.

Robin Hall was taken into custody after authorities checked the cruise's passenger list for terrorists and found a warrant.

Jail records in Brevard County show that Hall is being held on an out-of-county warrant. She will remain in Brevard County until authorities can transfer her to Orange County on Thursday.

She was arrested for stealing a pack of cigarettes in 1991 from an Orange County Walmart when she was 18.

She currently owes the state $85 in court costs.
