JACKSONVILLE, FL – A man was found Saturday morning lying on the ground with a gunshot wound, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
The unidentified man was found near the intersection of Agave and Cortez roads, just south of Atlantic Boulevard.

Police were able to find out where the shooting happened and have contacted several people of interest and witnesses.
The man’s injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
As of midday Monday, the victim's name had not been released.
