JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Vystar Credit Union account is now set up in the name of toddler killed in a hit-and-run in front of her apartment complex last Sunday.
Police say Janya Solomon was killed in front of the Harold House apartment complex on Ring Lane. Police arrested Serdarus Scott on Monday morning for hitting and killing the 2-year-old.
