Angela Corey to host national prosecutors council

Elected prosecutors from the 35 largest counties in the nation will get together to share best practices and challenges in Jacksonville on Thursday and Friday.

The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys and 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Angela Corey will host the Major County Prosecutors Council's first meeting of 2015.

The group meets four times per year for two days of discussions on issues they share. This meeting will be held at the Duval County Courthouse Annex on Bay Street.

The Major County Prosecutors Council was created in 2013 through a grant from the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, and this meeting of the Council is made possible by funding from the Foundation.
