Car crashes into house in St. Augustine

3 people were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Three people are in the hospital after a car struck a house in St. Augustine Friday evening.

The St. Johns County Fire Rescue received a call at 7 p.m. in reference to a car collision involving a house on Usina Road.

There were three people inside the car when it struck the house. Two people were transported to a hospital nearby, and one person was transported to UF Health in Jacksonville with non-life-threatening injuries.

SJSFR said there was no structural damage to the house.

The Florida Highway Patrol was also on scene.

No further details were immediately released.
