Police said a friend who hadn't heard from Pool in a while found Pool's body at Country Club Lakes Apartments along the 4000 block of Hodges Boulevard, and crime scene investigators were still at the complex Tuesday.

"I think people should be concerned as they normally would be. Look out for the neighbors. Call the police immediately for any suspicious activity," said Lt. Larry Schmitt, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. "We don't know of any immediate threat to this complex or this area, but use the normal precautions."

Investigators said they are asking for the public's help in determining if anyone saw anything suspicious dating to last Wednesday.

If you have any information about the death, call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
