The Children's Christmas Party of Jacksonville is a non-profit organization. On Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Convention Center free toys will be given to children 12 years old and under.

There is no registration for the event, first come, first served. Children get three tickets that can be exchanged for toys. Some of the tickets are randomly stamped for a child to receive a bicycle.

Throughout the year money is donated by local companies and individuals to help the Children's Christmas Party of Jacksonville buy toys in bulk.

It you couldn't drop off a toy Wednesday, new, unwrapped toys for the party will be accepted at any Ace Hardware location in the Jacksonville area through Dec. 11. [Click for Ace Hardware locations]
