JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A vessel that struck a submerged rock started taking on water Thursday afternoon in the Intracoastal Waterway, according to the Coast Guard.
Coast Guard sailors took two people off the boat near the Wonderwood Bridge and transferred them to a Florida Fish and Wildlife boat. No one was hurt.

The vessel will be towed in, the Coast Guard said.
