Police said they were called to the home at 2570 Hartwell Ave, early this morning after Rodriguez and Palomino could not be found.

Rodriguez's sister told police she saw the front door of the apartment open around midnight Sunday. She found the 8-month-old sleeping in a crib with no one home, police said.

Police said she waited for about four hours before calling them to respond.

Police said Rodriguez was found walking on Tuskawilla Road in Winter
Springs around 6:45 a.m. Sunday.

Police said they were able to find Palomino who was sleeping on a couch at 240 Aurora Circle in Casselberry.

Police said Rodriguez and Palomino did not seem to care about the baby, and that Palomino went to a tequila bar on Aloma Avenue the night before and he thought the sister was watching the baby.

Police said they were both placed under arrest and taken to the Seminole County Jail.
