JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash blocked all but one lane of I-95 southbound at Kings Road Tuesday night.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported the crash shortly after 9 p.m. It did not say whether anyone was injured.

A semi truck was parked in the emergency lane. It's unknown how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
