Florida Highway Patrol reported the crash shortly before 3:30 p.m.

According to troopers a 2006 Ford F250 driven by George Watson, 46, and pulling a trailer filled with drilling had a tire blowout causing Watson to lose control of his vehicle and flipping the trailer, causing the equipment to spill across the northbound lanes of traffic.

Watson's truck then hit the guardrail in the center of the interstate and was hit by a 2010 Toyota Sienna driven by 69-year-old Maria White.

The road was closed due to oil spillage from the vehicles and all lanes reopened around 8 p.m.

Only minor injuries were suffered during the accident.
