JSO: Help ID armed robber, find stolen car

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a suspect and vehicle believed to have been involved in at least three armed robberies in Jacksonville over the past six days.

The suspect has been armed with a handgun in each of the robberies and the vehicle is believed to be stolen, police said.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

Police said a person was robbed  on Arlington Road, near Bruce Park at 5:15 p.m. Aug. 19, and three black men drove away from the scene in a red Hyundai. 

Just before 11:30 p.m. Aug. 19, a man, who was caught on surveillance video, robbed the Circle K on Monument Road and drove away in a red vehicle.

Just before 11 a.m. Thursday, a Subway on West Edgewood Avenue was robbed by a man, who was also caught on surveillance footage. He drove away in a red vehicle.
