JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 21-year-old driver was killed early Sunday morning in a single vehicle crash on Atlantic Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said 21-year-old Evan Patchell lost control of his Volkswagen Golf just before 4:45 a.m. The car crashed into a tree in the median near Kensington Gardens Boulevard.
