CRESCENT CITY, Fla. – Police are investigating after a death was reported in Sunday morning's crash in southern Putnam County.
The incident happened around 9 a.m. Sunday at U.S. 17 and Clifton Road just south of Crescent City.

All lanes were clear following the crash.
