Deputies said they approached with their own assault weapons and encountered 32-year-old Sean Owens. He was wrestled into handcuffs and started screaming that he was being treated like a terrorist, deputies said.

Once at the jail, Owens was screened for several diseases, including Ebola, but everything was negative.

His blood alcohol level was .223, deputies said.

Owens is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and multiple weapons charges. No one was hurt in the episode.
