Investigators wearing self-contained breathing suits found many chemicals and precursors, including acid, pseudoephedrine, Sudafed, lighter fluid, lithium batteries and equipment used to produce meth, including many glass containers, cooking vessels, syringes and a salt generator. Several of the containers and syringes contained finished product.

Crane's 14-year-old son, who was present during the raid, was taken into protective custody by DCF.

Crane was decontaminated by the fire department and taken to Flagler Hospital for evaluation.

St. Johns County deputies are looking for Crane's brother, Steven McQuaig, who has an active warrant out for possession of meth.
