Deputies search for bank robber in Yulee

YULEE, Fla. – A man who robbed the Southeastern Bank in Yulee Wednesday morning is being sought by the Nassau County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said the man walked in, removed a half motorcycle helmet and gave the teller a note to give him all the money she had in her drawer. He fled on foot with the money.

The teller said the man was armed with a semi-automatic handgun.

The suspect, pictured above, was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt underneath a red/white plaid button down shirt. He was also wearing an American flag bandana on his head. He kept on his black sunglasses when he took off his helmet. Deputies are asking the community to be on the lookout for a white man matching this description.

Deputies said the man is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone who sees him should immediately call 911.
