PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – A registered sexual predator in Putnam County, who is wanted on a charge of selling stolen property, has left his last known location and police are searching for him, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced Thursday.
Bobby Joe Waters was last seen by an acquaintance near Keystone Heights around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 5.
