PALM COAST, Fla – Florida Highway Patrol says a driver was killed on the exit ramp to Palm Coast Parkway while exiting Interstate 95.
FHP says Kenneth Yarborough, 53 was killed on the scene when his Nissan Altima traveled off the road way and hit several trees on the grass shoulder. The car then went into a pond.

The passenger of the car, Omayra Jarrett, 31, was taken to Halifax medical center with serious injuries.
An alcohol test on the deceased driver is pending.
