The woman, 64, told police that as she approached the gate, Brown was in his car in the driveway. She said he sped up and turned the car's wheels in her direction.

She told police she tried to get out of the way, but his car hit her and knocked her down.

She said Brown got out of the car and yelled at her, which she captured on video on her cellphone.

The woman declined medical attention, and gave the cellphone video to the officer who responded to her call.
Latitude 360 is accused of owing several former employees back pay.

After the company went bankrupt, its event space on Philips Highway near the Avenues Mall, which is owned by 30 West Pershing LLC, went up for sale.

According to a report from the Financial News & Daily Record, Texas-based Main Event Entertainment and the Hodges Architecture firm have applied for a permit to renovate the 46,177-square-foot space. The project would cost $4.5 million.
